  • How do I register as a new customer?

    To register as a new customer, click on 'my account'. You will be able to enter your e-mail address and password of your own choosing. We will then ask you to enter a number of details in order to complete your registration. Each time you place an order, you will be given the option of changing your details, adding a new delivery address or editing your existing address.

  • Can I shop without creating an account?

    We do not offer the option to place an order without creating an account. Having a personal account makes it possible to view your order history.

  • What are the advantages of setting up an account?

    Setting up a personal account makes buying items from our Wouters & Hendrix e-shop very easy.

    • Your personal details are saved for your next order.
    • You will have a record of your order history.
    • You can track your orders.
  • What will happen with my personal details?

    Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of managing your order and the after-sales service. If you would like to receive updates about Wouters & Hendrix, please subscribe to our newsletter. We will never pass on or sell your details to third parties.   • What should I do when I have forgotten my password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one. To do so, select forgot your password? under the 'my account' tab. After entering your e-mail address, you will then have the opportunity to reset your password.

  • How can I be informed on all the news at Wouters & Hendrix?

    To be kept informed of all new developments in our world, you can sign up for our newsletter. You can also follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.

  • What do I have to do if I don’t want to receive the newsletter?

    If you would like to receive our newsletter, you can simply let us know by signing up. When you set up an account you will be also given the option of subscribing to our newsletter. Should you subscribe to our newsletter and subsequently change your mind simply click on the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter you have received. By doing this you will no longer receive our newsletters. However, your account will remain as before.

  • Which products are available in the e-shop?

    This e-shop features a selection of items from different Wouters & Hendrix collections that are available in our stores: Current Collections (silver/gold plated), permanent Silver Collections (silver/gold plated) and permanent Gold Collections (18kt gold).

  • Are all items in the Wouters & Hendrix stores also available in the e-shop?

    We offer a wide selection of our collections in the e-shop. However, there are styles that are only available in our flagship stores in Antwerp, Brussels, Knokke and Amsterdam.

  • How come that I can't find a piece of jewelry in the e-shop that I saw before?

    The item you saw was probably from a previous collection that is no longer for sale. However, we suggest that you contact us at shopshopshop@wouters-hendrix.com with the details and we will sort out if the item is still available.

  • Does the e-shop have promotions or sale?

    We will apply the same promotions and sale in the e-shop as in the Wouters & Hendrix stores.

  • Where do I find the closest store to me?

    Please contact us at shopshopshop@wouters-hendrix.com for inquiries about resellers and other point of sales.

  • What are the Wouters & Hendrix stores opening hours?

  • How can I find out if a product is available in the Wouters & Hendrix stores?

    Unfortunately, we cannot inform you about the current stock in the Wouters & Hendrix stores. If you wish to find out whether a specific product is available in one of our stores, it is best to contact the store in question directly. You will find all the addresses and telephone numbers through 'our stores'.

  • Can I order customized jewelry from the e-shop?

    We do not offer this service in our e-shop. Ordering customized jewelry is only possible in our Wouters & Hendrix stores and through our resellers.

  • How do I know which ring size that I have to order?

    If you wish to find out what ring size that you need, then we advise you to check out or download our ring size guide. You can also find a link to the size guide below each ring style reference in the e-shop.

  • Is it possible to order wedding rings in the e-shop?

    You can only order wedding rings in our flagship stores in Antwerp, Amsterdam, Brussels and Knokke. We do not offer this service in our e-shop because we believe that ordering wedding rings has a personal approach and needs more guidance. Furthermore, wedding rings have a longer delivery window.   • Are all ring sizes available in the e-shop?

    We offer the same variety of ring sizes in the e-shop as in our Wouters & Hendrix stores. If your ring size is out of stock, we advise you to frequently check for restock.

  • Is it safe to buy items from the e-shop?

    Secure online transactions are ensured using existing protocols. Details of card numbers used during the payment process are not kept on the Wouters & Hendrix website but on the secure site operated by Payment Service Provider, Ogone. For more information, please visit the Ogone website.

  • Where is Wouters & Hendrix jewelry made?

    All Wouters & Hendrix jewelry is designed and made by hand in our workshop in Antwerp, Belgium.

  • How can I see if an item of Wouters & Hendrix is the real deal?

    Our Sterling Silver jewelry features a ‘head of Minerva’ or 925 hallmark. Jewelry pieces plated with 18-karat gold have an ‘eagle’s head’ hallmark featuring 750. On top, when possible, each piece is stamped with a Wouters & Hendrix hallmark characterized by W&H. Sterling Silver and 18-karat gold pieces are also stamped if possible with the Wouters & Hendrix master hallmark marked by two fertility figurines. When buying Fine jewelry, each style in the e-shop is accompanied by information specifying the number of karats and the weight of the gold that is used in the item.

  • What does Sterling Silver mean?

    Sterling Silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by mass of silver and 7.5% by mass of other metals, usually copper. The Sterling Silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.

  • What does gold plated or vermeil mean?

    Gold plated and vermeil are synonyms for metal, usually silver or copper, over which a layer of 18KT gold is laid by means of a chemical process. As for Wouters & Hendrix gold-plated pieces, this means that each piece is covered in several layers of 18-karat gold. The number of microns indicates how thick this layer is. Wouters & Hendrix gold plated rings and bracelets consist of 5 micron 18kt gold-plating. Wouters & Hendrix gold-plated necklaces have a layer of 3 micron 18kt gold, earrings have a layer of 1 micron 18kt gold.

  • What does ’18-karat’ actually mean?

    Karat is the measurement used to determine the purity of precious metals like gold. The description ’18-karat’, shortened to 18K or 18kt, guarantees exceptional purity.

  • Can Fine jewelry (18kt gold) be bought in your e-shop?

    You can buy a selection from our Fine jewelry line in the e-shop. Every piece that is shown can be purchased online. We cannot guarantee that all pieces, sizes and finishing’s are in stock due to the unique character of the collection. Some pieces are only available in our flagship store in Antwerp and our store in Brussels.

  • What can I do when the gold-plated layer of my jewelry has disappeared?

    When buying gold-plated jewelry, be aware that the layer of 18kt gold-plating tends to disappear over time due to normal wear and tear. Especially friction of your jewelry against your skin, clothing or other jewelry has a large effect on the disappearance of the gold-plated layer. To minimize this phenomenon or to restore the gold-plated layer, please follow our instructions regarding jewelry maintenance.

  • What can I do when the patina of my jewelry is vanishing?

    The patina of silver and gold-plated jewelry tends to vanish over time due to oxidation. This is a normal phenomenon resulting from wear and tear. The speed at which the patina disappears depends on the way in which the jewelry is cared for. To minimize this phenomenon or to bring the shine back, please follow our instructions regarding jewelry maintenance.

  • Is Wouters & Hendrix jewelry nickel-free?

    All our jewelry is guaranteed to be nickel-free and has been designed to minimise any risk of an allergic reaction

  • Does the Wouters & Hendrix label need to stay attached to the jewelry?

    The little W&H label is attached to Wouters & Hendrix jewelry as extra guarantee that you have bought the real deal. You can easily detach the label before you start wearing your purchase or gift.
