Which warranty period does Wouters & Hendrix offer?
Wouters & Hendrix grants you a warranty covering hidden manufacturing defects for 24 months from date of purchase. The warranty only covers damages not caused by accident, improper use, and normal wear and tear. As from 6 months following the purchase of your item, you will need to demonstrate that the defect was indeed a hidden manufacturing defect. The repair within this period shall have to be done by a Wouters & Hendrix jewelry craftsman.
What do I have to do when I want to file a warranty claim?
If you have ordered your jewelry from our e-shop and you believe that you have a valid warranty claim, than please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with your order number, clear images of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim. Please await our reply before returning the damaged jewelry.
Does Wouters & Hendrix offer a repair service?
After the 24 months warranty period our repair service can take care of your jewelry at a cost ,which will be communicated to you upon inspection of the defected jewelry. We recommend that you always contact the store where you bought the goods first. However, if you have bought jewelry from our e-shop, than you may contact us at email@example.com. Provide us with your order number, clear images of your jewelry and a brief description of the requested repair. Please await our reply before returning the damaged jewelry. The cost of the repair will be communicated to you upon inspection of the defected jewelry. We always need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.
