It's very easy to place an order in the Wouters & Hendrix e-shop. Once you have selected your favourite piece of jewelry, click on the ‘Add to cart ’ button. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, select a payment method. After your payment has been confirmed through Ogone's secure website, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
How can I be certain that my order has been placed?
When you have placed your order and the payment was completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. As soon as we have prepared your parcel for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation also by e-mail. If you are uncertain, then you can always check the status of your order online through my account.
Paid: your order has been paid.
Unfulfilled: your order has been confirmed and will be prepared for dispatch.
Fulfilled: your order has been prepared for dispatch and is waiting for pick up or drop off.
Once your order has been handed over to the forwarder, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping update, with tracking number. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to be updated on the track and trace page.
Can I still change my order after it has been placed?
When you have placed an order, you are able to make any changes or cancel your order as long as your order status is still 'unfulfilled'. If you have a change of heart after you have placed your order, then we advise to return your order in accordance with our return instructions. Can I choose to have the jewelry that I order gift-wrapped?
All purchases in the e-shop arrive in a beautiful Wouters & Hendrix jewelry box. We do not offer personalised gift-wrapping.
Can I choose the currency I pay in?
We accept foreign bank cards but payments are always effected in euro.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept the following cards for purchases in our e-shop: American Express, Bancontact/Mister Cash, iDeal, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept Wouters & Hendrix e-vouchers. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.
How can I apply a e-voucher or discount code to my order?
If you have received a gift voucher or would like to apply a discount code to your order that Wouters & Hendrix promoted or provided you with, then you can enter this code in the field provided for during checkout. The value of the gift voucher or discount will automatically be deducted from the amount for which you have ordered. Only one discount code at a time can be applied to a single order. When will the payment be taken?
Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order.
What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, then you will be directed back to the payment page. Please select a different payment method or contact your bank with this information.
